Hotel Marinela Sofia is looking for Outlet Manager, who could join the team as of September 2017
- Maintains good relations and solicits daily production of events and conference business from the existing accounts in order to meet sales targets.
- Plans sales activities by identifying potential customers, organizing sales calls and sales blitz to develop new business.
- Negotiates new contracts and renewals in order to meet sales targets.
- Works closely with all the other hotel departments regarding guest requirements from the markets.
- Prepares and coordinates the preparation of the function sheets in regards to the events, which are held in the conference halls.
- Set up and maintain good working relationship with all other areas of the hotel’s operations.
- University degree.
- Fluency in English. Knowledge of other foreign language is a plus.
- Very good communication and organization skills
- Previous experience in a similar capacity in large conference venues.
- Skilled negotiator, motivated and proactive personality
