Andrey Stoilov has 22 years of experience behind his back, all of which in city hotels. At 18, before going into military service, he works in restaurant “Bavarian House” for half a year, where according to him, he had the luck to be managed by a chef from Germany. He shows him things, which Andrey Stoilov remembers today: how to count, to measure exactly, to be careful, precise, to experiment. A career in four Sofia hotels follows: “Ambassador”, “Hilton”, “Metropolitan” and “Kempinski Hotel Zografski”. At the moment Andrey Stoilov is main chef and F&B manager (Food and Beverages Manager) of Hotel Marinela and Victoria Group BM. Stoilov is also a chairman of the Bulgarian Association of professional chefs. He is also one of the three members of the jury in this year’s competition “Restaurant of the Year “Bacchus”, Acqua Panna & San Pellegrino”.
