Customer Service Training at Hotel Marinela Sofia (Front Office)
This month at Hotel Marinela Sofia there was a training course customized for Front Office – “Customer Service Skills Training” and the main focus was on increasing the qualification and the competences of the employees who have direct contact with guests. Key points were handling situations when problem occurs during guest’s stay, stress management, communication with other departments and units, as well as increasing guest’s satisfaction.
Such trainings are planned also for the other year-round properties part of Victoria Group Hotels and Resorts. As a leader in their segment, the company maintains a policy of constantly raising the qualifications of its employees and such training is part of this process.
